Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup oat milk or water
  • 1 scoop Wellsprout Super Green Powder (stirred in after cooking)
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A small handful of toasted nuts (almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts)

Method

  1. In a small pot, bring oat milk (or water) to a gentle boil.
  2. Stir in rolled oats, reduce heat, and cook until creamy (about 5 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before stirring in Wellsprout Super Green Powder (to preserve nutrients).
  4. Stir in ground flaxseed and chia seeds. If the mixture looks very thick, add a splash of extra milk.
  5. Transfer to a bowl, top with sliced banana and toasted nuts, drizzle with honey if desired, and enjoy warm.
