Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup oat milk or water
- 1 scoop Wellsprout Super Green Powder (stirred in after cooking)
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A small handful of toasted nuts (almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts)
Method
- In a small pot, bring oat milk (or water) to a gentle boil.
- Stir in rolled oats, reduce heat, and cook until creamy (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before stirring in Wellsprout Super Green Powder (to preserve nutrients).
- Stir in ground flaxseed and chia seeds. If the mixture looks very thick, add a splash of extra milk.
- Transfer to a bowl, top with sliced banana and toasted nuts, drizzle with honey if desired, and enjoy warm.
